Announced finalist of the Small-/Medium- sized Projects in the category Construction/ Engineering/ Infrastructure

The IPMA Global Awards team is proud to reveal the names of the finalists in the Construction/ Engineering/ Infrastructure subcategories of the IPMA Project Excellence Awards, Small-/Medium-sized Projects.

This prestigious category recognizes exceptional construction, engineering, and infrastructure projects, including buildings, utilities, and urban and regional development projects under a 50 million euro budget.

Without any further delays, the finalist projects are:

  • Replacement of Pitch at DHL Stadium Cape Town, submitted by the City of Cape Town, South Africa
  • Integrated Project Management for Lot 2, Phase I of Xi’an Metro Line #10, submitted by Shaanxi Construction Engineering Group Corporation, China
  • Rehabilitation of Portions of Jakes Gerwel Drive, Cape Town, submitted by the City of Cape Town, South Africa

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the finalists for their remarkable achievements in managing and delivering top-tier construction and infrastructure projects. Their innovative solutions and unwavering dedication to excellence set a shining example in the industry.

The final rankings— Gold, Silver, Bronze—will be announced at the IPMA Global Awards Gala Ceremony on November 29, 2024, in Cape Town, South Africa.
The IPMA Awards Gala will be the closing event of this year’s 33rd IPMA World Congress, with the promising title “HOPE”.
