Recognising Outstanding Achievement in IT & Telecommunications Project Management

IPMA is delighted to announce the finalists of the Small and Medium-Sized Project Awards categories!

These awards celebrate excellence in project management for small and medium-sized initiatives, recognizing achievements within projects or project phases completed with budgets under €50 million in the IT and Telecommunication area.

Congratulations to the finalists who have demonstrated outstanding project delivery, innovation, and impact!

Let’s put a spotlight on the IPMA Project Excellence Award finalist of the IT and Telecommunication category:

  • Westpac Group (Australia) with a project Westpac Data Centre Network Infrastructure Refresh Project
  • ZTE Corporation (China) with a project ZTE-Telefónica Germany Transport Network Modernization Project
  • Solutions by STC (Saudi Arabia), with a project North Star Phase (3) + Monetization Enablement

We congratulate all finalists who are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible and who are changing the Project Management. Your work inspires progress and sets new benchmarks for project management worldwide.

The final rankings will be announced during the IPMA Global Awards Gala Ceremony on 19 September 2025 in Berlin, Germany.

This year’s Awards Gala will be special, as we celebrate 60 years of IPMA — the world’s oldest project management association — and the closing of the 34th IPMA World Congress!
