IPMA proudly congratulates the winners of the 2026 IPMA Project Excellence Awards in the Small and Medium-Sized Projects – IT & Telecommunications category!

As one of the most dynamic and consistently competitive categories of the IPMA Project Excellence Awards, IT & Telecommunications continues to showcase projects that demonstrate innovation, strong leadership, collaboration, and excellence in project delivery.

Following a rigorous evaluation process conducted by IPMA’s international team of expert assessors, this year’s outstanding projects have been recognized for their achievements and the value they have created within an ever-evolving technological landscape.

The Winners of The IT & Telecommunications category are:

  • Gold: ZTE Corporation (Malaysia), with a project Malaysia CD Network Merge Project
  • Silver: Solutions by stc (Saudia Arabia), with a project Healthcare IT Resilience at Scale: Sustaining 73 Hospitals Across Saudi Arabia’s Northern and Eastern Regions
  • Bronze: Westpac (Australia), with a project Westpac Edge Firewall Transformation Project

The winning projects reflect the ambition, creativity, and professionalism of teams working at the forefront of IT and telecommunications, demonstrating how effective project management can turn complex ideas into meaningful results.
