Content: This year I conducted my first assessment for the IPMA Global Project Excellence Awards. This has been a terrific experience! To start with, by witnessing customs and best practices in another continent, my view of life and work has been enriched. Also, the IPMA PEB has lifted my own ambitions as a Project Manager. And finally, I have enjoyed the great cooperation in our assessment team. I am looking forward to doing it again.
