The Agile Leader of the Year category celebrates individuals who exemplify outstanding agile leadership ‘- demonstrating exceptional competence, adaptability, and innovation, regardless of the scale, complexity, or type of project undertaken.
Our expert assessors carefully assessed each applicant for their leadership and management abilities, including understanding and usage of Project Management and Agile Project Management principles, but also impact their projects achived.
After a rigorous and highly competitive evaluation process, only the most remarkable leaders have earned their place as finalists.
The Agile Leader of the Year 2025 Finalists, by country of residence, are:
