Spotlight on the IPMA Young Project Manager of the Year 2024 Award Winners!

For over two decades, the IPMA Global Awards have honoured outstanding achievements in project management, showcasing excellence and innovation on a global stage.

This year, the celebration reached new heights in Cape Town, South Africa, where, on the 29th of November, the winners of the 2024 IPMA Global Awards were unveiled.

The IPMA Global Awards recognized 25 remarkable awardees across various categories, embodying the very best in the profession.

Among these, the spotlight now turns to the exceptional young individuals who have earned the prestigious title of Young Project Manager of the Year 2024. 

Their dedication, skill, and visionary leadership have made them rising stars in project management. We are proud to introduce each of the future leaders in Project Management in more detail – please pay attention to the stories of each of our winners.

Bronze Winner – Miloš Stevanović, Serbia

Silver Winner – Setsabile Manana, South Africa

Gold Winners – Ali Nemati Allah Abad, Iran

Unfortunately, Ali Nemati Allah Abad was unable to attend the award ceremony in person. The award was graciously accepted on his behalf by the President of the IPMA Member Organization from Iran. We wish Ali continued success in his professional journey and look forward to the opportunity to meet him in person and celebrate his outstanding achievement together!
