Revele the names of the IPMA Agile Leader of the Year Finalists for 2024

The IPMA Global Awards team is excited to unveil the  IPMA Global Individual Awards’ finalists in the Agile Leader of the Year category.

The IPMA Global Award Agile Leader category recognises those individuals who most effectively demonstrate their agile leadership competences regardless of the scale number, complexity or type of project referenced. The assessors focus on the qualities of the individual and judge in terms of completeness, clarity and succinctness.

This rigorous assessment ensures that only the most exceptional candidates make it to the final stage.

The finalists in the category of Agile Leader of the Year  2024, are as follows by country of residence:

  • Mostafa Bakhtiari from Iran, with the project Analysis, Development and Implementation of Integrated System for Processes, Services and Customers Management, conducted within the Pishro Modiriat Piran Consulting Engineering Company (PMPiran)
  • Ahmed Mahmoud Mohamed, from Saudi Arabia, with the project Cultivating Purpose-Driven Project Management Excellence through IPMA Framework Adoption, within the company Solutions by STC
  • Olalla Garcia Perez, from Spain, and the project Agile Project Management in the Railway sector, from Talgo company

 

Congratulations to the finalist and to all the others who applied for this award. We hope that you used the application process as a self-reflection tool and that you learned through the writing of the application report.

The final rankings— Gold, Silver, Bronze—will be announced at the IPMA Global Awards Gala Ceremony on November 29, 2024, in Cape Town, South Africa.
The IPMA Awards Gala will be the closing event of this year’s 33rd IPMA World Congress, with the promising title “HOPE”.
