Project description: The project Teheran Metro Line 7 is the deepest subway line compared to other Tehran metro lines (56m depth); 19 stations (158m length & 14m width) including 6 intersection stations; 19-km underground line; the first metro tunnel excavated by TBM machine in Iran; Getting more rail projects for the GC organization because of the gained expertise and client’s trust; developing and implementing a project management system and expanding it to the GC organization (HARA Institute); Reaching all the project targets.
Purposes: Traffic connection from Tehran’s northwest to its southeast, handling 45,000 passengers per hour at its complete demand.

Project description: The Kuwait Sabah Salem University City Management Facility Project includes 6 buildings with special shapes, including the University City Administration Building, the Cultural Center, the Assembly Hall, the Conference Center, the University Library and the Visitor Center, covering an area of 55,085 square meters, with a total construction area of 318,867 square meters.
The project is designed by SOM (Skidmore, Owings and Merrill), the structural design firm of Burj Khalifa, the tallest tower in the world. The contract value is 174,117,000KD.

The new segmental bridge construction under this project is part of the infrastructure development aimed at advancing sustainable growth and realizing the vision of transforming Dubai into one of the world’s leading cities to live and work, enhancing the Happy Living Environment.
The project has been completed on time and within the budget, exceeding the client’s expectations and in large-sized projects less than 200 million Euros.
