IPMA Project Excellence Assessment Training, 26-28th January 2024, Beijing, China

Join us at the first of three IPMA Project Excellence Assessment Training, and unlock your potential as a Project Excellence assessor!

This three-day training is organised for anyone interested in understanding and who would like to be able to apply the IPMA Project Excellence Model in their projects, programmes and/or organisations. In addition, this training is for IPMA Project Excellence Award applicant organisations, (potential) Awards Assessors and Judges who would like to participate in the 2024 Global Awards competition. Active Project Excellence Award Assessors are required to participate in this training at least every five years.

Upon completion of the training, you will:

• Understand the intricacies of the Project Excellence model, encompassing assessment criteria, feedback processes, and the application of the IPMA PEB in organizational settings.
• Confidently apply the acquired skills to enhance project excellence within your organization.
• Be able to participate in IPMA Global Project Excellence Awards as an applicant or assessor.

Participation in the training costs €1040,-.
