IPMA is delighted to announce that the IPMA Project Excellence Assessment Training 2026 will take place in the historical city of Athens, Greece.

This three-day training is designed for professionals and organisations aiming to deepen their understanding of the IPMA Project Excellence Model and learn how to apply it effectively in projects, programmes, and organisations.
The training is particularly valuable for future IPMA Project Excellence Award applicants and for (potential) Award Assessors interested in participating in upcoming cycles of the IPMA Global Awards. It also offers an excellent opportunity to strengthen your project management competencies and elevate your professional practice.
Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the training, participants will be able to:
– Understand and apply the IPMA Project Excellence Model, including its assessment criteria, evaluation methods, and feedback processes;
– Use the model to enhance project excellence and organisational performance;
– Participate in the IPMA Global Project Excellence Awards as applicants or assessors.

Registration fee:
* 10% discount for registrations until 01.03.2026.
* 20% discount for groups of 3 or more participants from 1 company
* 20% for returnee participants (retraining participants)
The fee includes the training venue, three lunches, two dinners, all training materials, and a copy of the IPMA Project Excellence Baseline (PEB).
