Introducing the finalists of the Sustainability Project Manager Award 2026!

The IPMA is proud to announce the finalists of the Sustainability Project Management Award 2026.

Sustainability is a cornerstone of modern project management, guiding professionals to create lasting value for organizations, society, and future generations. Project and program managers play a vital role in driving positive change by integrating responsible practices, ESG principles, and sustainable thinking into the way projects are designed, managed, and delivered.

This prestigious award recognises individuals who have demonstrated outstanding commitment to applying environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles and sustainable project management practices throughout their project leadership journey. The finalists have successfully integrated sustainability considerations into their decision-making, stakeholder engagement, governance, and project delivery approaches, demonstrating that projects can create lasting value for society and the environment through responsible management. The evaluation was based on the Sustainable Guide for Project Management, the IPMA standard designed to inspire and guide professionals toward a more responsible, resilient, and future-oriented approach to managing projects.

We warmly congratualate the finalists and celebrate their inspiring leadership in advancing sustainable project management practices. This recognition is more than an award – it is an opportunity to acknowledge professionals who are shaping the future of project management by demonstrating how sustainable principles can be embedded into everyday project leadership and inspire future generations.
