Project description: 

Electronic invoicing is a procedure that aims to convert the issuing of paper invoices and notes into an electronic process. By implementing e-invoicing in the Kingdom, we can achieve a set of objectives that include reducing the tax gap, reducing VAT leakage and the shadow economy, maximizing compliance, tackling tax evasion and fraud, reducing human intervention, removing paper invoices and using big data which lead to an enhanced experience.

Project Name: Crossroad

Company: CAE

Project description:

Invest to become a high-technology company and adapt our approaches and delivery methods to overcome a turbulent environment. Program Crossroad was created and officially kicked off in August 2020 to enable CAE to have a more agile operating model, and to adapt to a new reality. As result, it enhanced CAE’s market positioning by focusing on workflows, processes, and technologies.

Crossroad included several initiatives, which are all transformational and focused on producing recurrent cost savings and efficiency gains. In the last fiscal year, we have generated €45 million in recurrent savings.

Project Name: Transform our Project Management Capability

Company: Unitywater

Project description:

In 2019, the Unitywater executive teamed up with Deloitte Touché Tohmatsu to explore an enhanced Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) capability with the key objective to deliver a single source of portfolio performance data that enabled more effective executive decision-making to drive strategy execution. A Change Management project delivered in three phases:

Phase 1: Establish the foundation;

Phase 2: Evolve EPMO; and

Phase 3: Embed EPMO.

The new enterprise-level functionality is underpinned by a suite of modern and contemporary tools and techniques coupled with a desire to mature project management mindsets and invest in our project managers and project community.

 

 

 

The Winners of the IPMA Global Awards 2022 were announced during IPMA Global Awards Gala, held in Amersfoort, the Netherlands – on the 15th of November.
