My outstanding performance in South Park’s phase 14 megaprogram made me appointed by the CEO to manage the consortium of the phase17&18 at the end of 2019. In this program, about 40 work packages include 12500 activities and ten PAC (provisional Acceptance Certificate) should have been done. I have completed this work by forming an agile team and utilizing agile methods, relying on the resiliency, adaptability and sustainable development principles within a close interaction with the client and the local people. Also, for the first time in my country, I applied the concept of green project management in a megaproject.

Given Natalie’s self-management skills, diligence towards project administration, ability to communicate with all people, and knowledge gained from previous projects completed, she was assigned as Project Manager. Responsibilities included leadership, communication, resource management, and commitment to project outcomes. The project complexity, realization of opportunities, and stakeholder dynamics contributed towards her personal resilience and growth in driving this project forward on schedule and within budget.

Gold Winner – Attila Pem

Project Name: House of Hungarian Music
Company: Varosliget Zrt / Castellum
Country: Hungary

I believe a good project manager, besides his PM skills and experience, must be an expert in the discipline of the given field, too. That’s why I learned everything about real estate development first.

The personality of a PM has an indisputable responsibility for the stakeholders’ performance. Therefore, consistency, behaviour along principles, trustworthiness, and problem-solving attitude are particularly important to me. I support lifetime learning and motivate people. My goal is for the project team to perform better as a team than the sum of the individuals. I deliver real estate developments with fully achieved KPIs, and an improved team.
