The awards went to:
The bronze award goes to GHD. In the Judges Report it is stated that the complex project had good processes and resources in place that helped achieve good project results in an environment with many stakeholder interfaces. GHD – a services company operating in the water, energy and resources, environment, property and buildings, and transportation sectors from Australia.
The silver award goes to Aspen Medical. On the basis of lessons learnt in Africa, the project team adapted their approach to the local needs. Learning from and improving on experiences from previous projects is one of the Project Excellence principles that the judges look for in award winners. Aspen Medical is a healthcare solutions provider from Australia.
Gold award goes to Sterlite Power. The judges were most impressed with the extensive processes and resources put in place and adapted to the needs of the project, helping to realise outstanding results, such as in the area of safety. Sterlite Power, an integrated power transmission developer and solutions provider from India.
