The IPMA Global Individual Awards Team is proud to unveil the finalists for one of our most dynamic and forward-looking categories — Young Project Manager of the Year 2025 (YPMY).
This prestigious award celebrates exceptional young professionals (under the age of 35) who have already made a lasting impact through their leadership, innovation, and professional maturity. These individuals are not only managing complex projects — they are redefining what’s possible in their industries and communities.
After an extensive, multi-stage international evaluation by a panel of experienced assessors, three extraordinary finalists have emerged — each demonstrating exemplary project performance, clear strategic thinking, and an inspiring commitment to excellence.

The final rankings — Gold, Silver, and Bronze — will be revealed live at the IPMA Global Awards Gala Ceremony on September 19, 2025, in Berlin, Germany.
This year’s Gala will be truly special as we mark 60 years of IPMA, the world’s first project management association, and close out the 34th IPMA World Congress — an unmissable celebration of knowledge, innovation, and achievement.
Winners of the YPMY award will also receive a ticket to the Global Young Crew Workshop (GYCW) — the flagship event of the IPMA Young Crew — held in Berlin from September 19–21, 2025. This unique event brings together young project professionals from around the world for three days of learning, collaboration, and celebration.
