The IPMA Global Individual Awards Team is beyond excited to introduce the finalists in one of our most prestigious and competitive categories — Project Manager of the Year 2025!

This award celebrates individuals who don’t just manage projects — they lead them with passion, precision, and purpose. Regardless of project size, complexity, or sector, these individuals have demonstrated world-class leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to turn vision into results.

After a rigorous, international assessment process, the best of the best have emerged. 🌍

The final rankings — Gold, Silver, and Bronze — will be revealed at the dazzling IPMA Global Awards Gala Ceremony on September 19, 2025, in Berlin, Germany.

This year’s Awards Gala will be special, as we celebrate 60 years of IPMA — the world’s oldest project management association — and closing of the 34th IPMA World Congress!
